It is published by the company Kaezar Gallery, SARL with a capital of 1 000 000 Euros, whose registered office is 92 Boulevard Victor Hugo 92110 CLICHY, registered with the Register of Commerce and Companies of Paris under the number: 849 609 581, VAT number FR 849 609 581.
The Site allows Kaezar Gallery to offer for sale most of its products (hereinafter "the products") to non-professional buyers who are consumers, being over the age of 18 and having full legal capacity ( hereinafter "the Clients").
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the relations between the Kaezar Gallery Company and Customers wishing to make a purchase or browse the Site. Any order for a product offered on the Site implies the full and complete adhesion of the Customer to these Terms and Conditions.
In case of modification of these Terms, the applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
2 - The order
Any resale of products purchased on the Site is strictly prohibited. As such, each order is limited to a total of 30 (thirty) items maximum.
Any order will be validated only after acceptance of the payment.
Kaezar Gallery undertakes to honor orders received within the limits of available stocks and in case of unavailability to inform the Customer by any means whatsoever; the Customer may then cancel the order and be reimbursed, if necessary, the sums already paid. Kaezar Gallery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
Acknowledgment of receipt of the order:
At the end of the payment, a summary document of the order is transmitted by Kaezar Gallery to the Customer, by email to the email address indicated by the latter, immediately and at the latest before delivery.
This document acknowledging receipt of the Customer's order includes all the elements of the contract between website and customers.
The purchase order is recorded on the Kaezar Gallery's registers, which are themselves stored in a reliable and durable medium. The customer accepts that the purchase order is considered as proof of the contractual relations between the bothe parts.
The customer will have the opportunity to print the summary order form sent with the acknowledgment of receipt. The summary of the order will also be available on the Site in the "My Account" section.

3 - Delivery
Modes of delivery:
Kaezar Gallery only delivers its products in mainland France, including Corsica The products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering (excluding Mailbox).
In case of error in the wording of the Customer's details, Kaezar Gallery can not be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the item(s) ordered.
Delivery date :
Kaezar Gallery undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of the processing of his order.
Kaezar Gallery can not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the occurrence of events of force majeure and strike.
4 - Prices
Prices shown are expressed in euros and include all taxes, excluding shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the Customer. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices of the items as soon as they come into effect.
5 - Payment terms
The full payment must be made when ordering. At no time the sums paid can not be considered as a deposit or installments. The Customer pays his order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard) in accordance with the provisions of this article.
For any transaction, the Customer will indicate the number on the front of his card, the expiry date of his card and the cryptogram on the back of his card (last three digits).
The communication by the Customer of his credit card number is worth authorization for Kaezar Gallery to debit his account for the amount of his order.
No sending in cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
Kaezar Gallery retains ownership of the item until full payment by the Customer. Purchases are made securely. The payment solutions adopted by Kaezar Gallery are 100% secure. For payments by credit card (credit card, blue card visa and e-credit card), Stripe is responsible for securing payments. All information that Customers communicate to Kaezar Gallery is strictly protected and ensures the compliance and security of each transaction.
Moreover, to fight against fraud, Kaezar Gallery has set up a system implementing exclusion lists, which can lead to: (I) claim, in order to secure the transaction, certain supporting documents once the payment performed, in case of automatic alert triggered by the order information. (II) block any order from a Customer account previously causing fraud.
6 - Intellectual property rights
All texts, comments, photos, trademarks, graphics, concepts, illustrations and images that make up the Site are the exclusive property of Kaezar Gallery and are protected by intellectual property rights in France and worldwide. Any total or partial reproduction of the Site is strictly prohibited.
7 - Retraction
The essential characteristics of the articles are presented on https://kaezargallery.fr in each of the article sheets. The Customer is fully informed that the images, photos and colors of the items offered for sale may however not correspond to the actual colors under the effect of the Internet browser of the screen used.
7.1 - In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to retract without giving a reason, within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of his order for all paintings already in stock. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting Kaezar Gallery at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We inform Customers that in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right of retraction cannot be exercised for paintings made on request and not available in stock.
If the right of retraction is exercised within the aforementioned period, the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, and this no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which the Company receives the ordered products, the return costs remaining at the expense of the Client. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.); they must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.
7.2 - In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of retraction cannot be exercised if the Products have been unsealed or, more generally, if they have been damaged by the Customer.
In the event of withdrawal, the Product(s) must therefore be returned to the Company in their packaging, and in any event in their original condition (i.e. new condition allowing the Company to offer the Products again for sale). Consequently, any item that has been unsealed, incomplete, damaged or worn will not be taken back or reimbursed by the Company.
It is up to the Customer to keep any proof of return, namely a return by registered parcel or by any other means giving a certain date to its sending.
Reimbursement will be made by crediting the amount to be reimbursed to the Customer's bank account debited at the time of the transaction (excluding shipping costs related to the return package).
The legal right of retraction and the "satisfied or reimbursed" guarantee do not apply to items made to the Customer's specific requirements or to clearly personalized items.
Items are returned at the Customer's risk and expense.

In any event, no item purchased on the Site may be exchanged or returned in stores or corners.
8 - Personal data
